The desktop app runs the agents. It is the thing you install first — the phone app is a window into it.

macOS 0.1.14 · signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple, so it opens without a Gatekeeper warning.

Windows 0.1.14 · this installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box. Click More info then Run anyway to install it.

After it opens

Create an AgentDeck account on the first screen. That is what pairs this Mac to your phone, and it starts your 14-day trial.
If Claude Code isn't on this Mac yet, the app says so and gives you Anthropic's install command to paste into Terminal. AgentDeck doesn't ship a copy of it.
Connect your Claude subscription under Settings → AI subscriptions. AgentDeck is bring-your-own-subscription: agents run on your Claude Pro / Max plan or your API key, and we never see either.
Install AgentDeck on your iPhone and sign in with the same email and password.

What it needs

macOS 12 or later on an Apple Silicon Mac, or Windows 10/11 on x64.
Anthropic's Claude Code CLI. The app checks for it on first run and walks you through installing it if it isn't there. AgentDeck bundles its own Node, so you do not need Node installed.
