TERMS OF USE

The deal, in plain terms.

last updated · August 17, 2026 · applies to agentdeck.run, the AgentDeck desktop app and the AgentDeck iOS app
TL;DR
→ A subscription is US$19.99 per month on iPhone or US$20 per month on the web, auto-renewing, with a 14-day free trial.→ Bought on iPhone, it is billed by Apple and cancelled in your Apple account. Bought on the web, it is billed by PayPal and cancelled in your PayPal account. Either way, not by us.→ What it unlocks is the relay — pairing your Mac to your phone. The desktop app runs your agents locally with or without it.→ You bring your own Mac and your own Anthropic account. AgentDeck drives Claude Code; it does not include it.→ Your code stays on your machine. We don't own it, read it, or train on it.

1. What you're agreeing to

These terms are the agreement between you and AgentDeck for the AgentDeck website, desktop app, iOS app and relay service. Installing, signing in or subscribing means you accept them. If you don't, don't use the service. You must be old enough to hold an Apple account in your country and, if you're agreeing on behalf of a company, authorised to bind it.

2. What AgentDeck is — and what it isn't

AgentDeck orchestrates Claude Code on a computer you control. The desktop app runs a local daemon on your Mac; the iOS app is a remote control for that daemon, connected through our relay. Tickets, threads, repositories and agent output live in the daemon's database on your machine.

Two things it is not. It is not a Claude subscription — you sign in with your own Anthropic account, your usage is metered by Anthropic under your agreement with them, and AgentDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. And it is not useful on its own — without a Mac running the desktop app and signed in, the iOS app has nothing to control. If you subscribe on iPhone before pairing a Mac, you'll see an empty app until you pair one.

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

A subscription can be bought in two places, and which one you used decides who takes the money, who cancels it and who refunds it. Section 3a covers the iPhone; section 3b covers the web.

3a. Bought inside the iOS app

These are the terms of the auto-renewable subscription sold inside the iOS app:

Name — AgentDeck Pro, as it appears on the App Store.Length — one month, renewing automatically until cancelled.Price — US$19.99 per month. Outside the United States the price is Apple's local equivalent, shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.Free trial — 14 days, once per Apple account. It converts to a paid month automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial runs out. What it unlocks — the relay: pairing your Mac to your phone, remote control of your daemon, and push notifications when a run needs you.

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage the subscription or turn off auto-renew any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or from the Manage subscription link in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Apple takes the payment, so Apple issues the refunds — we can't. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end.

3b. Bought on agentdeck.run

A subscription started on the website is billed by PayPal, and buying one needs a PayPal account — we cannot currently take a card on its own.

Name — AgentDeck Pro, or AgentDeck Concierge.Length — one month, renewing automatically until cancelled.Price — US$20 per month for Pro, US$100 per month for Concierge, charged in US dollars.Free trial — 14 days from signup, once per account, and no payment method is needed to start it. It does not convert on its own: if you never subscribe, the relay simply stops at the end of it.What it unlocks — the same relay described in 3a.

Cancelling. AgentDeck has no cancel button, and we are not hiding one: a PayPal subscription can only be stopped from inside PayPal. Go to your PayPal account, then Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, pick AgentDeck and cancel it. Cancelling stops the next charge and the period you have paid for runs to its end. If you would rather we did it, email support@agentdeck.run from the address on the account and we will confirm when it is done.

Refunds. Email support@agentdeck.run. If AgentDeck did not do what this page says it does, you get your money back — tell us within 30 days of the charge.

4. Your account

Keep your password and your device pairing to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One subscription entitles one person's set of devices — a purchase already active on another AgentDeck account can't be attached to a second one, which is why Restore purchase will refuse it. Tell us at hello@agentdeck.run if you think someone else is in your account.

5. Your code and your content

Yours, entirely. You keep every right you had in your repositories, prompts, tickets and agent output; we claim no ownership and no licence to them beyond what's needed to pass messages between your own devices. We don't train on them. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Fair use of the service

Don't use AgentDeck to break the law, to attack or overload our relay or anyone else's systems, to resell relay capacity, or to run anything designed to harm people. Don't reverse-engineer or redistribute the apps. We can suspend an account that does these things; where it's not urgent we'll tell you first and refund what you've paid for the unused part of the period, through Apple where Apple took the money.

7. What we promise, and what we don't

We'll do our honest best to keep the relay up and the apps working. What we do not do is run your agents: they run on your own Mac, which means an outage of ours stops your phone from reaching that Mac and stops nothing else. But this is software provided as is: no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Agents write code, and code has bugs — review what an agent does before you ship it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we're not liable for lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that legally can't be limited, and if your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, you keep them.

8. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the app or its content. This agreement is between you and AgentDeck alone. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app, and any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty is ours to answer, not Apple's — though Apple may refund the purchase price if it chooses. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.

9. Changes and ending it

We may change these terms; material changes get a new date here and an email to account holders before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting them. A price change never applies to a period you've already paid for, and Apple asks you to confirm it before it takes effect. You can stop any time by cancelling in your Apple account and deleting the apps. We can end an account for a breach of section 6, or with 30 days' notice if we ever shut the service down — in which case we refund unused paid time.
