Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed to start it, so most people never need a refund. If you do, who issues it depends on where you subscribed.
Apple takes the payment, so Apple issues the refund — we can't do it from our side, even if you ask us to. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Apple reviews these directly and decides them on their own timeline.
Cancelling is separate from refunding: turning off auto-renew stops the next charge, but the period you already paid for still runs to its end unless Apple grants a refund for it.
A subscription started on the website is billed by the payment processor named on the checkout page, never by us directly, but we're the ones who make refunds right. Email support@agentdeck.run. If AgentDeck didn't do what our terms say it does, you get your money back — tell us within 30 days of the charge.
If you signed up inside the iOS app or a paywall inside AgentDeck, that's Apple. If you paid on agentdeck.run, that's the web. Not sure either way — email support@agentdeck.run with the email on your account and we'll point you to the right place, or make it right ourselves if the fault was ours.
This page is a summary. The binding terms are in section 3 of the terms of use.
